Clouds of Queen Charlotte & March violets, white roses and thorns, thistle blooms, forbidden fruit, athenaeum, secret apothecary, opiate laden "high" tea party,  books, bobbin lace and petticoats, boudoir, painted ladies

Method character study in scent- scents that came out of playing the role onstage followed by years of "sensory work" with Salome Jens of The Actors Studio.

*Isolate alert: in addition to real violet tincture and some enfleurage, this perfume uses some natural alpha ionone, beta ionone and heliotropin to help boost the actual violets which I felt would better convey Cathy's inner world.
